Central Scotland Green Network Trust has launched a photography competition to capture images of the stunning greenspace across Central Scotland.
The Central Scotland Green Network is Europe’s largest greenspace initiative and the organisation is asking photographers young and old to submit their photographs that have been inspired by the greenspaces and bluespaces around them in central Scotland.
The winning images will be used for communications and marketing purpose by CSGNT and there are three categories with a prize of £250 for each category winner as well as £50 prizes for up to 12 shortlisted entries. The category winners will also be invited to the 2015 CSGN Forum where the official announcement will be made.

Ewan McGill, Communications Manager at CSGNT, said: “Greenspaces have a large part to play in the makeup of towns and cities and can be lots of different things from the parks that people play in to the allotments where local people grow their own vegetables.
“They all play a part in helping the environment and making healthy and attractive places for people to live and visit and we have launched this competition to capture some of the wide range of greenspaces across Central Scotland.”
