greenspace scotland is working with North Lanarkshire Council and CSGNT (Central Scotland Green Network Trust) to support the development of a Food Growing Strategy for the area. All Scottish Local Authorities are required to develop a Local Food Growing Strategy as part of the implementation of Community Empowerment Act (2015).
Individuals and organisations with an interest in food growing are invited to participate in a workshop to identify local food growing opportunities and meet others who are interested in growing their own food too. Please join us for soup and a chat to develop food growing in your area!
