A West Lothian park is set to receive path upgrades and a new landscaped area thanks to a £50,000 grant.

The money will be used to improve access routes, provide new seating and create a new central landscaped area in Balbardie Park of Peace, off Torphichen Road in Bathgate.

Central Scotland Green Network Trust (CSGNT) has launched its inaugural Travel Grant to fund three young people to visit anywhere in the world to learn more about green infrastructure projects like these and to bring the knowledge back to the Central Belt.
