Central Scotland Green Network Trust

Working together to improve the lives of 3.8m people

Through improvements across central Scotland’s environment, the Central Scotland Green Network (CSGN) will improve lives, tackle social inequality, support economic growth, help meet the challenges of climate change and allow nature to flourish.

At the Central Scotland Green Network Trust (CSGNT), we promote the CSGN initiative, encourage action by others and support the implementation of the CSGN. By working with those who can make a difference through action, advocacy or partnership, we are making central Scotland a more attractive place to live, to visit and to do business in.

From our work in partnership support and with funders, across themes prioritised in the third National Planning Framework – green active travel, vacant and derelict land and targeting areas of disadvantage – and project highlights such as the John Muir Way, you can read about our achievements over the past year, that together with our partners are helping to improve the lives of 3.8 million people across central Scotland.
